Terms and conditions

Operator and purpose

The website is maintained by Creative Tech for Humanity, a non-profit association based in Naples, Italy, tax ID 93093520638. Write to info@ct4h.org. The pages provide information about the festival, competition, programme, jury, partners and Hackathon.

Festival information and submissions

The first edition is planned for 2027. Programme, venue, timing, admission details and other elements may change until officially confirmed. Information here is not a contractual offer or a booking confirmation.

Film submissions are handled through FilmFreeway. The current official call and its rules govern eligibility, deadlines, rights, selection and awards. Visiting this site does not submit an entry or reserve a place at the festival.

Volunteer applications use a linked Google Form. Applying does not guarantee a place; the team will contact applicants according to the festival’s needs. Volunteering is unpaid, with practical arrangements discussed separately.

Content and intellectual property

Texts, graphics, photographs and marks belong to their respective rights holders. You may read these pages and share their links for personal and informational purposes. Ask permission before reusing site content elsewhere unless the law permits it. Rights in submitted works are governed by the official competition rules, not by browsing this website.

External websites and changes

External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy notices. We may update the website and these terms as the festival develops. Nothing here removes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For personal data see the privacy policy and cookie policy.
